Minecraft PE update download

Is there anything I need to know before downloading Minecraft PE

Minecraft PE is an update to the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft that was released on July 14, 2021. This update includes new features, changes to existing features, and bug fixes.

One of the most significant changes in this update is the addition of a new game mode, Creative Commons. Creative Commons is a new game mode that allows players to create and share their own custom game content. This update also includes changes to the way hostile mobs spawn, and introduces a new block, the Concrete Powder Block.

As always, we recommend that you back up your world before updating to this new version.

What’s new in Minecraft PE

  • Creative Commons:

The biggest addition to this update is the Creative Commons game mode. This new game mode allows players to create and share their own custom game content. To use Creative Commons, you’ll need to first enable it in the world options. Once enabled, you’ll be able to access the Creative Commons menu from the world options menu.

From the Creative Commons menu, you can browse and download custom content created by other players. You can also upload your own creations for other players to download. To learn more about how to use Creative Commons, check out our guide.

  • Changes to hostile mob spawning:

In this update, we’ve made changes to the way hostile mobs spawn. Mobs will now only spawn in dark areas, such as caves or under trees. This change should make it less likely for players to encounter hostile mobs while they’re exploring the world.

Minecraft PE fixes:

  • Fixed a crash that could occur when using the Concrete Powder block
  • Fixed an issue with some blocks not being properly rotated when using the /rotate command
  • Fixed an issue where the game would sometimes not save when quitting to the main menu
