First, find a wild cat. Taming a cat in Minecraft is relatively easy, but it does require a bit of patience. Right-click on the cat with an empty hand to start the process. Once you see the cat’s hearts fill up, the taming process is complete and you now have a new feline friend!
You can give your new cat a name by right-clicking on them with a Name Tag in hand. Now when you look at them, their name will appear above their head. You can also put collars on your cats for some extra flair!
